All users of this park must agree that they have read and will fully abide by the following terms and conditions when booking and using the park.

Conditions mean the booking conditions below, these form part of the contract between you (the user) and us (March Dog Park).

It is agreed that by continuing with any booking, you have accepted and fully agree to the following terms and conditions.

Timescales

Sessions in the park are strictly by appointment only, please do not attend unless you have a confirmed booking. Bookings cannot be transferred or sold on to any other person without prior approval from March Dog Park.

Slots are available in 30-minute or 60-minute durations. This includes a minimum of 5 minutes to exit and enter the park, so that you do not cross into another customer’s allocated time slot. Please do not attend without a confirmed booking.

If the person in the park does not appear to be leaving on time, please call us.

If you arrive late, you must still leave at the end of your appointment.

Parking

Please DO NOT arrive more than five minutes before your appointment. You must remain in your car with your dogs until the previous person has vacated the park and secured their dogs in their vehicle.

There is a maximum of three vehicles in the car park at any time. Please wait in the old main gate bay until the previous people exit the car park. If you require more vehicles, please contact us so we can assist.

Pricing

Prices are currently £5.00 for 30 minutes and £10.00 for 60 minutes. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure without notice.

Number of dogs

The appointment is for your family of dogs, for this reason we limit the number of dogs per booking to six. Please contact us if you have more than six dogs wanting to use the park.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of booking using our secure booking service. All major debit & credit cards are accepted.

Amending your booking

If you need to rearrange your booking, there will be a link on the booking confirmation email to do this. Booking can be amended up to 24 hours before your appointment time, after that time your booking cannot be changed.

Cancellations and refunds

Please try to reschedule your appointment to a more suitable date/time.

Bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Bookings that are cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be refunded to the original payment card used for booking. A link to do this can be found on your booking email. It is important that you also contact us, as refunds are processed manually and will not return to you automatically on cancellation. Refunds may take 3-5 days to arrive back and can only be sent to the original payment card. A cancellation fee of 40p will be applied to cover admin and card processing fees.

Access process

Once you have made your booking, you will receive an email confirmation. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your spam/junk email box. If you still have not received it, please contact us straight away, in case your email address is incorrect, as you will not receive the gate code email either.

You will receive a reminder email before your booking, then a further email with the current gate code before your appointment. Again, please check your spam box first, if it is not there, contact us ASAP.

In the park

Please do not bring your dog to the park if it is unwell or has an upset stomach!

The ground is unlevel in certain areas. Please wear suitable footwear, and always be aware of the ground conditions.

Please do not allow your dog to dig holes. You can bring balls or frisby type dog toys to the park, however, please make sure you take them all away with you, and pick up any chewed/broken toys. Some dogs can resource guard if they find a toy or could become ill if they eat pieces of broken toys.
